LONDON

Today we drove from the Cotswolds to London.  We turned in our rental car and took "The Tube" into London.  We saw Big Ben and The London Eye (a really big Ferris Wheel.  We went to Trafalgar Square, St James Park, #10 Downing Street, Piccadilly Circus and The West End Theatre district.  We went to the Criterion Theatre on Piccadilly Circus and saw a great comedy "The 39 Steps"; a remake of the Hitchcock thriller.  This play was on Broadway for 771 performances.  It closed in 2010 and was on of the longest running plays, on Broadway, in years.  It was great and imaginative.  We took the tube back to our hotel and got in about 11:30.  We are sleepy and going to bed.
Check back tomorrow for more from London.  This was a Griswold family vacation day..........remember the Grand Canyon.  We saw all these places after 2:30 and walked to each location.  I'm going to bed.  Last day of our trip is tomorrow.  I am hoping to make it home in time to see The Eagles Baseball Team beat WF Rider on Friday.
