Today we got to Paris about 2:00. We checked in to our Hotel and went out to see the sights. We took the Metro over to the Eiffel Tower. We took a night cruise on the Seine. We took in main street the Champs Elysees and saw all the Christmas Markets. We had a late supper at our first real Paris Restaurant.Tomorrow is another full day touring Paris. Saturday we start our Viking River Cruise. We will see France, Luxembourg, Germany, and The Czech Republic. We will cruise 3 rivers The Mossel, The Rhine, and The Main. In Luxembourg we will see the American cemmetary where Patton is buried. We finish with a few days in Prague, in the Czech Republic, before we head home for Christmas.
