Today we visited Wiertheim, Germany. It is situated at the confluence of the rivers Tauber and Main. It dates back to the 8th century. Most of the current buildings go back as far as the 15th Century. Nonnie and I had coffee and a roll at a little coffee house. It was a really pretty town with a castle on a hill that had been destroyed during the 30 years war. Lots of Half Timber construction. Have a look at the pictures
