BUDAPEST

 Today we took a bus tour of Budapest and walked around Castle Hill.  It seems that Budapest and Hungary, in general, have been under the thumb of some other country for most of its history;  most recently under the rule of the Austrians in the 19th century and the Germans and Russians for a big part of the 20th century.  It's a beautiful place that has been a democracy since 1989.
