Thursday WINERY AND BEAUNE

Today we visited a winery in Burgundy and tasted several wines. I like the agriculture of the winery more than the wine. From the winery we traveled to the old Roman city of BEAUNE. A pretty place with a hospital built in 1443, turned into a museum. The burgundy region is beautiful to drive through because of the vineyards everywhere.

This is the old city laundry in BEAUNE. The people lined up at the trough on the the right an washed their clothes about twice a year.
