THE HISTORIC RACES AT SILVERSTONE

Today Nonette and I did about an hour of left side of the road motorsports and drove up to the British Formula 1 racetrack at Silverstone, England.  They were having historic car races where they race cars from the 50's 60's and 70's.  I took 1200 photographs and have edited it down to 800 or so.  Here are some of the cars from the paddock.  I will add action racing shots on my next post later today or tomorrow.  Click on the pictures and you can see larger images.

BUGATTI TRUST AND MUSEUM, PRESCOTT SPEED HILLCLIMB, COTSWOLD MOTORING MUSEUM

Today we went to the Bugatti Trust, in Cheltenham, England, which is a museum, library, and archive of all things from the history of Bugatti.  It is adjacent to the Bugatti Car Club and The Prescott Speed Hillclimb Course.  There were some cars going up the hillclimb course today so I got some pictures of them.  Also we went to the Cotswold Motoring Museum in Bourton on Water, England today and I have included some pictures from that Museum.

Tomorrow we are going to the historic races at Silverston Race Track in Silverston, England.  Check back tomorrow for pictures.
